Outside and lobby are very nice. Pool area is being renovated and our room was an old room. I think based on lobby it will be nice in the future. The breakfast lacked a lot. It was a nice place for one night.
I really had a great welcoming experience with the staff in the lobby. He was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel right at home. My room was very clean and spacious. There was a pool, but I didn’t use it. I had breakfast on the go in the morning. The place had the feel of a more expensive motel chain; Loved the wood floors.
Breakfast was cold cereals and packaged breakfast burritos. The bathroom amenities like shampoo were hard to use. There are better products to offer their customers.
Front staff was nice. The hotel was very clean, but boring.

PRO: Easy access from road. Clean rooms. Felt safe. Had no hassles. CON: Parking lot very dark; wife did not feel safe. Refrigerator made a loud 'clicking' noise ALL NIGHT! Staff did not come across very friendly; not bad, just not friendly. Overall, I would look at other hotels before I rented here again: 50/50
Easy check-in. Affordable price!! Friendly and welcoming. New owners and they are refurbishing the whole building.spacious room with 2 double beds. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Not brand new but nice. Hot shower!! small kitchenette was a plus. Continental breakfast. Keep up the good work and it will pay off. Us weary travelers are desperate for a safe and comfortable place to rest ( plus a good price is always great!!
Staff is absolutely amazing and very nice, the rooms themselves are nice as well with some rooms having great views. After talking a bit with the employees it’s greatly priced, other hotels in the area were ridiculous even without working pools and is a great area to explore as your near wind river mountain.
The room is clean..my favorite thing. We had to wash clothes and there were plenty of washers abd dryers. Cute places to eat near by, and the front desk clerk was awesome..we had a lot of questions and he took the time to get my husband settled. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. There is no pool that works he just bought the hotel and is working on improving things the previous owner had let go. Its a great place with great views from your clean and comfortable room.
Desk staff was friendly and recommended a few places to eat in town. The pool was closed for repairs but I made do with the hot tub in my room

Would stay there again. The new manager was working his tail off all week. Looks like there’sa lot of renovations being done and has been done. Breakfast options were good and different which I liked. Will definitely book there again for next years baseball tournament
Granted the place is under new management. However, we told the person on duty at the front when we left that we had some suggestions and several concerns about the room and facility as a whole. There is a list of things we tried to speak to the employee about, but the employee would only justify why there were problems. Here is part of the list: one side of the bed electricity(socket) did not work. The jet tub worked ok, but the hot water ran out. No fan in the bathroom. Batteries in TV remote were dead. No extra blanket or pillow in room. Mold and a spider in the bathroom. TV could not get very many channels and no streaming option. Toilet seat was loose and did not fit the size of toilet. Ok, now for the facility. Stairway was dirty and dusty. Elevator was dirty. Pool and gym are being renovated, and you get informed after you book. Continental breakfast was uh, not continental. Coffee set-up was great, though. We did enjoy that. Key was somehow deactivated mid-stay. That is weird…Not sure when I will be staying in Pinedale again, but hopefully the new owners will be open to listening to the suggestions made by their customers.
