"Very clean room.even though it was a virtual check-in the staff was great.there was live staff in the morning which was cool.didn’t even know there was a hot tub.plenty of eateries & shops nearby."
"I picked this place because it had a pool, however, the staff told me the pool was closed for cleaning this week, but the water looked all brown, like it hadn't been use in a while. The breakfast was terrible, they had a waffle maker which was nice, but only raisin bran and stale white bread for toast. The refrigerator was empty except for a milk jug and two vanilla yogurts which were gone the next day and not replaced. Most other free hotel breakfasts have some choice of different cereals, yogurt, granola bars, different kinds of breads, muffins, oatmeal and raisins. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The Kleenex box in the wall fell out and the box of Kleenex had been opened and used by a previous guest. There was only one bar of soap for both the shower and the sink, if I wanted to wash my hands I had to take the soap out of the shower. "
"breakfest was very good, fresh with a variety of combinations you could put together yourself. Parking was more than adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful."
"Very disappointed with no breakfast as advertised on Expedia site. Manager said they quit providing that amenity. The room was small (king bed 2 people) and trash was left under the bed and table was not cleaned. Also didn't like being placed right next to housekeeping room with laundry carts and very loud talking maids right outside when we were trying to nap. Also the toilet chain broke. Pretty average hotel for the price range. "
"Value is the issue at this hotel. The price I paid was $250/night and I was disappointed. The walls are so thin- I could hear normal level conversations through the walls and every door shutting and every shower and toilet flush. The glass shower doors are nice but covered with soap scum. The bed was hard and the bed blankets were thin. I woke often and did not feel rested. At 7 am, the oatmeal was overcooked and burned around the edge. The laundry worker was using the large dining table to fold towels since I think she was cooking breakfast also. The parking lot is far too small for the size of this hotel. Parking spaces are narrow and we could not enter our car after the cars next to us parked. The staff were friendly but this is not what I expect for the money I paid or from IHG. I will make a note not to stay at this hotel again. "
