"It was perfect! From the moment we checked in, it felt like home. It was great to be able to have been able to check in freshen up and go to a concert at Red Rock ans drive back and crash out on to a comfortable bed. Will stay here again for next concert. "

"The room was extremely out dated. Room 415 was anyway. I’m talking maybe late 70’s. Wall paper coming off the wall and you can tell the bed is used A LOT as the headboard are completely worn out. Lots of folks banging their heads on it. Just very, very outdated. A big disappointment for a Sheraton. The parking has insulation coming out of the ceiling and for 22.00 a person, the breakfast buffet was worse than the free ones you get at cheap hotels. Thanks for listening."

"Cleanliness of the floors is not good. Few towels and only one ice machine for three floors. The location of the hotel is great though. Close to a mall, restaurants and Red Rock! I suspect third party guest are placed in the least desirable rooms based on cleanliness and amenities not in the room. Not once did I see a housekeeper or housekeeping cart. The check in folks were friendly. "

"Iron was covered in black rubbery stuff. One elevator down on a busy weekend. I’ve stayed at multiple Hampton Inn and this one just wasn’t up to par the breakfast although busy didn’t seem like it was. Sausage was rubbery and eggs were very watery overall nothing to write home about."

"I use a walker and wasn't prepared for the distance I'd have to go to get to the casino. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and we had a really nice time."

"We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon. We don’t gamble and mostly came for the spa and hotel. The food was AMAZING, especially at the Timberline Grill. We got a 50 minute couples massage and it was a weird but wonderful experience. They gave us complimentary mimosas and espresso that was heavenly. The reason I say it was weird is that they had a man massage me and a woman massage my husband. Pretty awkward but neither of us get professional massages often at all. I’ve only had one before and it was my husbands first time ever getting a massage. Quite the experience! The hotel rooms don’t come with a microwave but they’re available at request. They’ll charge you $8 for the microwave for the duration of your stay. Worth it though so I could heat up my $85 steak lol. The in-room dining was amazing from the Fireside restaurant. The omelettes are amazing and so are the breakfast potatoes. Especially with hot sauce. We also walked down to the Monarch Chophouse and spent $300 on dinner. HOWEVER, it was THE BEST most decidant meal I have had in all my 25 years on this earth. I would recommend that place for anyone. They took my gluten allergy very seriously and even brought GF bread to us. An absolutely amazing experience."
