Pinan hotel rooms a the Independent

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets. We were not able to connect to front desk or room service since the phone was not working. Staff were courteous and nice. But have to speak in their dialect, Front desk lady was not proactive with internet password and communication was a bit hard. Overall it was an ok 3 day stay at the hotel Hot water was on and off and no water pressure. One day water was black and had to flush or drain it for awhile."

"They had professional and friendly customer service. There were no complimentary small shampoo and conditioner for bathing. There was no complimentary breakfast and/or drink items available. "

"When i checked into the hotel it seemed ok. But as soon as i saw the room it was the size of a closet. And when i sat on the bed it broke. The bed mattress was avout 2 inches thick. I was given a second room but had already decided to leave. I paid in advance for a week and no refund was given"
