"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a bad experience. The building and rooms are a bit outdated, but still comfortable overall. My main complaints are the lack of outlets for charging devices and the absence of a bidet in the room. I also feel the higher-tier rooms are overpriced for what you get. That said, the location is excellent—it’s right next to one of the biggest and nicest malls in Cebu. As for breakfast, I’d personally skip it. You can check it out and decide for yourself, but it never looked very appetizing to me, and after trying it once, we didn’t go back. One downside is the checkout process, they send someone to the room to check for smoking and moved furniture. I understand the need for this, but the way it’s handled can make guests feel uncomfortable."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Lex hotel, Cebu! Spacious rooms, attentive staff, comfy beds, and an excellent morning buffet. The rooftop deck, poolside restaurant, and refreshing swimming pool were definitely the highlights of our stay. The surf n turf dinner and watermelon shake (and mango shake) were ordered on repeat! The staff were welcoming and absolutely hospitable. We absolutely recommend!!"
