"The actually check up team was wonderful. Bc I was arriving supper late he was patient and with my many phone calls checking to were had checked in or not. Gave the info to pass along with understanding 5 trip 8 hours later than my family"

"Lady checking us in would not let us check in, saying we weren't over 21 even though we showed I.D... we ended up checking in but took 20 minutes of back and forth because she couldn't understand how to read the ID. This is the first time this has happened an we frequent this hotel often."
