"The lady at the front desk saved us from a very unpleasant situation. One of the main factors in choosing this hotel was that we wanted a hotel with breakfast included; therefore, we searched only for hotels with breakfast. Whereas this hotel OFFERED breakfast, it was not INCLUDED. Once we discovered this error upon going to breakfast, she stepped in and offered a discount which we gladly accepted. This woman was fantastic from check in to check out. Sometimes it is the staff that makes the stay at the hotel memorable.
