"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. They offer free wine tastings of their cellar and balsamic tastings. The restaurant was great, delicious tasting menu. "J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "Sehr schöne Lage im grünen. Herrschaftliches Haus mit Umschwung. Schöne, große Zimmer. Die Jacuzzi Funktion war außer Betrieb… Schade. Frühstück war unter meinen Erwartungen: keine frische Brötchen oder Croissant, kein Obst,… Es wirkte alles nicht gepflegt. Das personal war oft auf der terrasse am rauchen und die Aschenbecher wurden nicht geleert."
