"Okay. I really expected better. The air would not get cold and the unit was very loud. Just made it really hard to get comfortable and sleep. The mattress was so old and the pillows were terrible. I did not rest well. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with a lot of things to choose from. ..."

"The room wasn’t clean a lot of dust. The sink wasn’t clean. On the 3rd day we began to see bugs in the window seal. We weren’t able to get clean towels or toilet tissue. After a certain time I believe 6pm no one is at the front desk. The lights were no working the tub was stopped up. Just awful"
