"We travel three to four times a year, and in all our travels, we've never encountered a more welcoming and genuinely friendly staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They anticipated our family's needs before we even realized them ourselves, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Their exceptional hospitality didn't end when we checked out - they continued to follow up with thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for places to visit, which made the rest of our trip even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience."

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"My kids really enjoyed the pools but I feel that being 4 and 6 were too young for the Aquapark. We booked online a bungalow room but it was in reality a room. The first two days the bedsheets of our king size bed were too small for the mattress size. The dirty glasses and cups in the room were rinsed not changed, so we started to use the paper ones. We had to asked several times for a bathroom mat for the shower. Staff was friendly and food of the restaurants was excellent. On the other hand, the buffets were OK."

"The hotel is clean, had great vibe and interior design. Amenities include a small gym with good equipment and a yoga studio. Good was fantastic, great section for meat and non-meat eaters. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and good service. Good selection of pools, just have to be up early for main pool ‘best’ beds, with canopies. Can’t fault the hotel but was disappointed with the reception service. We went for our honeymoon and pre-told the hotel. We weren’t given an upgrade like many couple we spoke to and like many reviews show. We actually were given a different room for the 1st night because our original room was broken. Meaning we had to move room the following morning and couldn’t unpack and relax the night of arrival. The room was bigger and reception made it sound like they were giving a complimentary upgrade (for 12 hours), though it was only because they had to and it actually gave us more inconvenience. As a ‘sorry’ we got given the same fruit platter and sparkling that we would have got anyway as it was our honeymoon. After that bad start the rest of the stay was lovely. "
