Hotel Old Town

"Highly Recommend! The hotel is in the most convenient place, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it perfectly located. As soon as you step outside, you have restaurants right, left and in front of your - so literally having the Old Town vibe on the hotel doorstep. The main mosque is 30 second walk 😎 We travelled my car, and although it’s very busy when you arrive through the 1 way street, the hotel does have private parking spaces for its residents on the side street (a big plus) Just let them know when you arrive and the staff direct you to the spot. The hotel receptionists were amazing, thank you to both the female and male staff. Super friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and modern, not the biggest but more than good enough. Wi-Fi worked great too! Breakfast was a a mix of traditional Bosnian food and European Continental; which suited us to a treat 👌👌 All in all, highly recommended because this hotel will be hard to beat in terms of location and the friendly staff! I would definitely be staying here again when I return to Sarajevo!"

"Great location in the city center with all it has to offer. We had a room facing the quiet of the two streets that the hotel faces. Note that the other street is significantly more busy with night life - probably more noisy. Spacious and nice room and bathroom. Large and well equipped gym and a nice pool area. The breakfast was good, although not amazing. Friendly staff and good service in general."

"The breakfast was excellent! A lot of great variety to choose from, and staff was really nice !! Internet in the room was poor, we had trouble using it as the hotspot was not strong enough. I think it would also be nice to precise that the Hotel is in the mountain as there might be people who cannot walk or that might have trouble to get to the hotel by walking."

"Excellent location as close to old town but very steep hill to walk up if tired. Very clean. I could not tell if someone used this room before me except for a very minor lipstick stain on the bathroom door. Everything looks new and well kept. Bed was very clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom was very clean including toilet and shower. They use the bidet function on the inside of the toilet for washing. Very good water pressure in the shower. We requested an early check in 5 hours early and was given early check in 3 hours before the standard time. The front desk receptionist was very friendly, warm and helpful. The blackout curtains were excellent at keeping out the daylight when we wanted to take a nap and the soft lighting was very pleasant in illuminating the room in the evening. The standard room is smaller than your average hotel franchise room but I personally preferred the size and feel more personal and comfortable still with enough space to move around in. The buffet breakfast variety included essential food items provided such as a few cereal options, orange juice, cold cut meats like salami and turkey slices, yoghurts, fruits, nuts and omelette station available among some other options I may be missing. However, the staff were kind and helpful in making us feel comfortable. Really enjoyed this hotel and would be happy to stay again."

"superb location! I’m talking literally directly across the street from the old town, tons of restaurants and many of the hotspots super close by! Staff were kind. Rooms clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. A nice breakfast buffet. Would happily stay again. Definitely recommend!! ✨💛 adding a fitness center would make this an 11/10 💪"

"The only not so positive thing about this place is entrance, no clear signage so it was hard for me to find it. Mind you, I am someone who struggles with reading a map, so partly me as well. During my stay, there was lots of road work in the neighborhood, which contributed to me not seeing the place right away. But everything else was amazing. Room was impeccably clean, with crispy clean linens, floors and closet. It is not a hotel, so there are two shared bathrooms, but also very clean and stocked with all the items one needs. Staff super friendly and helpful. They allowed me to use a room after I checked out, as I had an online interview and needed a quiet place. Highly recommend."
