Michael and Garfield at front of house were friendly and we got above-and-beyond assistance in booking an excursion. Natasha learned our names day one and always offered a smile and helpful service. Vernessa offered warm friendly service and absolutely went above and beyond on our last day and made us feel so special. I could go on and on and am sorry for missing anyone! We even witnessed bar and restaurant staff expertly handle a rude and abusive guest. If you are seeking a smaller, clean, nicely appointed, well-located hotel where you will feel seen and treated with care and respect, then Coco Palm is for you.
