The condo was magnificent. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had one issue but Expedia and the property management resolved it and kept me informed throughout the process. And it did not impact my vacation one bit! I would highly recommend this condo. Great location too.

Condo was absolutely amazing. Great pool area and very very close to unit. I am a golfer and my finance is a beach/pool person so this fit us perfectly. Proximity to everything was unmatched. Definitely will be back.

I like that it’s just outside of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. So, it’s a good safe and quiet place for anybody to stay especially if it’s their first time visiting.

Weekend get away 2023

Overall our stay was great, conveniently located right off the beaten path. Didn't care for the dope smoking smell two doors down from us. The room needs some maintenance, especially the bathroom.

The property was nice but it was not clean. There was a bathroom that wouldn’t drain at the tub or sink. The AC was not good upstairs. I called and was told someone would come out to check what I was telling them and no one ever showed up. I got pics to show my concerns.
These are the areas of damage and unclean things.

Outside of building was dirty. Elevator nasty. Patio dirty and needs painting. No Wi-Fi. Inside was redone nicely and very cute. Rugs need replacing. Very dirty.

Review: Golf View Resort My experience at Golf View Resort was disappointing, and I want to share my thoughts for potential guests. First, the property is advertised with photos showing cozy cabins, but in reality, it's an unattractive five-story building. This felt misleading right from the start. Communication: All communication is handled via text and email, which might seem convenient at first, but the process is confusing. Emails came from two different addresses, and they never provided the room number in advance. While they answer the phone quickly, the responses are unclear, and customer service seems unfamiliar with the property itself. Amenities & Policies: There’s no coffee in the rooms, which is a small but noticeable inconvenience. You’re expected to clean up after yourself, which I don’t mind, but it felt like there were too many rules posted around the property. They include many signs about how you "must behave" but don’t even post a phone number to contact the company. This is frustrating because if you lose your phone, you’re essentially locked out. Check-In Experience: We arrived at 9 PM with my wife and two young children. It was 40 degrees outside, and we were left waiting outside for about 20 minutes. With children in such cold weather, this was unacceptable. Overall, the lack of clarity, poor customer service, and misleading marketing make this a place I wouldn’t recommend. Better communication and transparency could make a big difference....
