"The room was spotless. The staff were courteous. The offer of 10% off when eating a white spot which is next-door was a bonus. Highly recommend this location"

Brentwood Bay Resort

"We enjoyed our stay at Brentwood in terms of the accommodation. The restaurant was closed and ‘The Pub’ was average at best. Our tiramisu was fridge freezer cold and had hidden parchment paper underneath.. we were not offered a refund and it put a sour taste on our eating experience. The location of the resort is great with plenty of parking and we walked to Butchart gardens."

"The Arbutus Inn is a jewel. This property is fully renovated with a beautiful lobby, new carpets in hallways and the rooms are well appointed with new floors/carpets and bathrooms/kitchenette. The location is just north of downtown Victoria and offered a quiet overnight The staff were super and arrival and departure were both quick and very helpful. We were able to find restaurants for dinner and breakfast both within a 10-15 min walk. Parking at the Arbutus was easy and free. We were very satisfied and would stop there again if the need arose"
