Was a nice over night stay.

Lovely family room. Very spacious room. Tv didn’t have the capabilities to stream Netflix like Residence Inn, which was a bummer for the kids but they got over it. Shower was nice and loved that they had shampoo/cond/body wash bottles in the shower/sink!

Awesome breakfast

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very clean. The breakfast bar has a great variety, the area was well maintained and the staff working in that area were amazing! We arrived right before they were suppose to close and they didn’t rush us. There is so much to choose from and the whole breakfast room was immaculate.

Amenities were nice in the Executive Suite. House keeping was lacking. The restroom was not cleaned, otherwise the room was tidy. Equipment in the fitness center needs maintenance or replacement. The water tank in the fitness center was empty. Public restroom was filthy, although maybe I checked it out between cleanings. Yikes.

Below Holiday Inn Standards!

We've never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express with a unique standard. Upon check in, the front had to make sure our room was clean as he also did for every guest to follow. At breakfast, families came in from what appeared to be as non guests with plastic bags loading up breakfast. Other times, people came into the breakfast area with literal Tupperware containers to load up. Several items at breakfast were spoiled upon tasting -- milk, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. We stayed in a room beside a laundry shoot that the door was left open the entire time so from the 3rd floor, at night, when kids were playing in the halls and with the laundry shoot, it was quite disturbing. The fitness center had NO equipment, simply a chair - no machines, no weights, nothing. The pool was apparently out of service. This was the most atrocious Holiday Inn experience ever. How do I get money back?!!

The person at the front desk who checked me in was kind, competent and professional. The room had a bad smell (maybe someone smoked in there) and it looked kind of unclean. I was too tired to complain that night but looking back I should have asked for a different room. I won’t stay here again

After driving 10 hours through the day we wanted a place to stop for the night and this hotel was rated well. The room smelled musty and they must have a fly problem because there were fly strips in the hall and some type of bug zapper by the food area. The milk was expired. And when we woke up to go down to breakfast in the morning there was mud all over the floor from the elevator to the entrances. The staff was just standing around the front desk drinking coffee. Again for as much as I payed I was expecting way more than what we got.
