"Great hotel, location and facilites. Only suggestion is the drain smell in the coridoor but I wonder if thats a Riga issue as it was noticable in a few places. "

"Excellent hotel right in the centre of Riga old town, handy public parking just behind the hotel. Staff are very friendly and professional and my room was large and lovely with a very modern bathroom and great big bed. I felt for the cleaning staff though as with the snow and ice everyone was bringing in wet muddy boots so a special mention to the maids and cleaners. "

"Friendly staff, great spa facilities that was included with our room and the room itself had everything needed. It was clean, well equipped and even has a minibar. despite it being -21 over night, the room was warm and comfortable. The location itself is also absolutely ideal for visiting Riga. The airport bus stops it front of it and the entire city is walkable for there."

"Simple but clean room. Quiet and close to the old town and river. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Careful - there is another 'hotel' with a very similar name and close by. Nobody available after 18:00 and you are left on your own to figure it out. I would definitely stay there again."

A special mention to the Lady in Red, who was incredibly professional and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. We were also touched by the lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room. The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for exploring the city. Many excellent restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, which added great convenience to our stay. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the spa. It is a truly relaxing and beautifully designed space. From the quiet room, to the sauna, to the steam room and the indoor pool, every area was designed for comfort and tranquility. It was an experience in itself and the perfect way to unwind. The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga is without question the best place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return."
