Clean, spacious room and the bathroom was huge. Staff was very accommodating. I arrived before check in and was allowed to check in early. Had a few restaurants around. Be careful - cobblestone roads.

This property was a 15 century convent which has been converted into a hotel in the midst of a UNESCO world heritage site. The views at the rear of the hotel are breathtaking. A magical place.

The. Eat hotel in Pienza

This the hotel you have to stay at in Pienza. Fantastic view over the valley. The breakfast was great and Lorenzo and the other guys did great service. Someone should tell the city mayor that the city’s tourist info doesn’t work. Only the women who run the bike rental could tell us that bus 112 went directly to Siena. Not even the hotel.

Great, convenient location for when we stayed to attend a wedding. The room was clean, quiet and spacious, and we really appreciated having access to a pool on the property for a quick dip when it was super hot outside. And the breakfast was varied and delicious!

Beautiful hotel in a beautifully preserved town centre. Bags of atmosphere and history and generous service and breakfasts. The hotel is in the pedestrianised old town so vehicle access and parking is not catered for. The upside however is its central location and access to local amenities on foot or by bike. We had a wonderful stay here.

Great Stay at Hotel Relais ll

Our two nights at the Hotel Relais ll was very enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable, and the breakfast superb. It was nice to walk through a medieval town and then enter your lodging via an attractive garden. The staff was exceptionally kind and easy going.
