"When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great. There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people. "Staff were always happy to help and very pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights and tried the food in the restaurant and it was delicious! Pool facilities were outstanding as well as the bar, restaurant food , rooms and the maid service. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to book a hotel in Santander."
