"“A pousada tem um bom atendimento e um café da manhã muito gostoso. Entretanto, senti falta de um pouco mais de empatia por parte da gestão. Estive em Ilhabela para participar de uma competição de natação em águas abertas e, como a minha prova era no fim da manhã, precisei de um tempo extra após o horário padrão de checkout (meio-dia) apenas para tomar banho e me arrumar.
