"Excellent customer service, they offered an upgrade at their sister Boutique Hotel Badhaus. Beautiful, modern, centrally located with a private parking. Their stay conviniently includes a Südtirol Guest Pass, complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Brixen/Bressanone."

"Friendly welcome and nice view. Property needs some TLC. Bathroom floor was a strange material that soaked up water and was soaking wet when we arrived. Breakfast OK by Italian standards. "
