"The apartment itself was a good size there was only the two of us, but I think would be cramped for 6 people. The apartment had everything we needed. The swimming pool complex is under construction which we were aware of before we booked, however the restaurants have limited service We went to buy a take out pizza at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a pizza chef working that day. Holiday Inn Express Amiens, an IHG Hotel

"Went to Amiens for the weekend. The hotel was central so we were able to leave the car in the nearby car park (9 euros for 24 hours) and walk to the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room was small it was fine for a short stay. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus. "

A simple but classy hotel

"This is a simple, efficient, friendly and well-run hotel. Also has an excellent restaurant for a hotel of this size. In fact I literally just stayed at the Ibis Styles Châtelaillon-Plage which has a spa, a pool and is near the beach - a nice hotel too, but its restaurant really is pricey and mediocre. The Ibis Abbeville, supposedly a lower standard absolutely beats it hands down with regard to service and its restaurant."
