"Juan is helpful as a desk clerk but could use a little more manners and people skills but the house keepers are super friendly and helpful there all around amazing!! The hole hotel needs help but I mean for the price you pay is what you get!! There is no pool even though it’s advertised as having one!!"
"Parking was a disaster, the people before us took the tag to hang in the mirror, property manager was gone and couldn't get it for us. I called and was told if I parked in to spot I paid for, assigned to me with vehicle plate, make model year of the vehicle assigned to it, that I would be towed... I had to park super far away and walk. Then the next day I was told they would leave the tag in our mailbox. When we returned to the room that evening, we went to the mailbox and it was not in there. Again, I could park in the spot I paid for. I was offered a $3 refund for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable. Everything else about the property was amazing, other than the rock hard memory foam bed in the master. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations."
"We just did a one night stay as we had an early tee time Wednesday morning. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn before and its perfect for our needs.
Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was decent, water was hot.
If there would be one suggestion I would make is the tub\shower.
The tub, that you stand in, is very narrow, raised from the floor and does not have enough grip or friction in the floor of the tub. So it makes moving in the shower a bit precarious. You need to move slowly and purposefully to avoid any shower mishaps."
