"I booked a “superior double”, thinking it had two beds. When we arrived, the room (301) was very small, very dark, and only had one bed. In addition, it had a VERY bad, unidentifiable odor. The hotel was sold out that night BUT, the good news is that the front desk receptionist was SUPER helpful. He had someone immediately come and make the bed with two comforters, which worked perfectly. The next day, we were moved to a bright, sunny room with two beds. The location is great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, with the suggestion that they ask for any room but 301!!! "

"Very clean and elegant. Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to accommodate. Breakfast was great, with traditional and healthy options (bacon & eggs, yogurt & Granola, fresh juices, etc). Rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with exposed brick exterior and high ceilings. Shower was amazing with high pressure. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. I would certainly visit again. "

"From the outside this 4 star hotel does not look like what it is, a very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly people at the reception. But, this hotel might have the best breakfast in Florence! Everything is handmade, none of the cheap crap in plastic you find many places in Italy. And the quality of what you get us amazing! And the staff are so dedicated. Highly recommended. "
