"Beautiful hotel with pool, included breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I would liked to have stayed longer. Key issue though, it is in a remote location so you absolutely need to arrange transportation to and from with hotel. We did not do this and paid price. We rented a car but had to return it an hour away. And train stops and taxis need to be coordinated. Whew. "

"We loved Upper Rooms. As a note to anyone staying here, be sure to contact owner at least 24 hours in advance to get check in information. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and a nice little balcony overlooking the marina. We found food within walking distance and the morning breakfast was satisfying."

"Perfect location visiting Aeolian Islands just a walking distance to the port. Besides from that the hotel got major renovation! The current pics here needs updating as it a modern now!
