"Room was very clean. The shower is pretty old could do with a bit of maintamce, comfy bed nice upgraded heat pump very quiet the heat pumps are. Very affordable and close to shops etc."

"The cutest little lodge with wonderful hosts. The place is bigger than expected and would be perfect for families or larger groups. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was a hidden gem and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise. Great location for those visiting Hobbiton."
