"After an adventurous drive to the hotel, check-in and valet parking were easy and painless. The hotel staff were wonderful, and the property was beautiful. Our room had lots of character, while our traveling companions’ room was more traditional. After lots of experimentation, we gave up on the A/C, and just opened our window, which kept the room very comfortable. The location provided easy access to all of Orvieto’s shops, dining and landmarks. The Duomo is incredible, and we found the €8.00 fee to see the inside well worth it. The hotel’s breakfast was a really nice way to start the day. The food quality and selection was great, and the dining area was spacious and really comfortable. We would definitely recommend the experience! Thanks!"

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "

"Room was large and very clean. Bed was king sized and comfortable. Check-in was easy with underground parking for a nominal fee. Hotel is right outside downtown area, making it super walkable. Breakfast was great with many options. "

"Very clean and nice beautiful hotel and property. The main area was great but the restaurant wasn’t very good and the guy bartending was so slow and he started as our waiter and was so slow, but the girls came around to help and got us Fed. The food options were lacking and no one really like their food except for the lamb chops and vege casserole. It was quite pricey for what you got. But I wish we had stayed another night to go to the spa. The workout room didn’t open very early. The breakfast was great and so was their coffee and baristas!"
