"Beautiful hotel, great restaurant. But the noise in the morning!!! The cleaning lady will wake you up at 7am, tossing brooms and buckets, sooo loud, plus someone from the staff was banging a door in the next room. The noise!!!!!!"

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Great property with friendly staff"

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was great and we enjoyed our supper too. Great stop over for weary walkers"

"Great location"

"Property seemed updated and was one of the nicer Italian hotels I have stayed at."

"I had such a lovely and unique stay! Bruno was a very warm and friendly host, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful. I’m really glad I stayed here rather than a hotel or hostel. The coziness of the B&B made me feel like I was at my Nonna’s or something :) "

"The appartment was very clean. Staff was very friendly. You can enjoy the nature I suggest to rent a car, and do not take to much luggage because you have to climb stairs."

"What a magnificent stay. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every second. Our hosts are the warmest, most interesting hosts. Beautiful people and such a charming home. Thank you so much. Highly recommend it."

"Location fantastica, in via di ulteriore miglioramento. Proprietari estremamente carini e disponibili. Piscina gradevole e tante passeggiate da fare nei dintorni. Torneremo sicuramente a provare il ristorante e goderci un altro weekend in Appennino"

"Very comfortable room. Great staff."

"Easy parking Perfect place for ataying on the edgo of the city Bologna. Easy public transport available. Excellent host!"

"I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆"

"Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast and wonderful custumer service"

"Very nice hotel for the price"
