Well located, nice rooms, couldn't fault the cleanliness. We never tried the free breakfast, mainly because the queue was always too big. However the issue this creates with elevators was irritating. We were on the 27th floor and between 7 akd 10am, one of the elevators is closed down to be used to take guests to the restaurant. This causes a lengthy wait to get around the hotel.

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.

"No value for money. The toilet has no door, the water is dirty, the cottage glass walls are broken, and electricity is switched off at night after 10 pm.
