"Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. La piscine est froide mes enfants n ont pas...

Les activités y sont nombreuses et Didier et Agnès sont d'une remarque gentillesse qui n'hésite pas à se devouer pour leurs client(e)s. "We had such an amazing stay at Hotel Sansicario Majestic. The service level from all staff was top notch, highly attentive and friendly! The sauna and spa after our ski was much needed and relaxing. and the food was great! Would highly recommend staying here."

"The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are a little tight, and the service can be a little slow in the lobby at busy times, but I would recommend the place without hesitation. It has a fantastic family atmosphere, too."

"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"Ottima struttura per soggiornare nel periodo invernale a Cesana Torinese. L’albergo si trova all’ingresso del paese e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro del paese e a pochi minuti di macchina la partenza degli impianti. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Il servizio SPA é un plus. "
