We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny.

Magnificent views back to Patong Beach. Far enough away, so very quiet. Villa staff were so friendly and helpful!! Made all our bookings thru the villa management, made life easy. Coming home after a big (hot) day to have a swim in our own pool was magic. Loved it, would book again.

We stayed at Jane heart for 4 night? with the beautiful will of Patong beach. The villa located at the hill side just 10 mins drive from the beach front. The staff very helpful and big thanks to the property manager that always be there when we need anything. If have chance we definitely comeback again.

Jirana was a lovely place to spend a week. Our Host Celine was exceptional. Friendly, always happy to help with transport and dining options and a great communicator. We stayed in the Baby Jane villa. The views were exceptional!! The private pool fantastic. The master suite was amazing, but the second bedroom was very small and really only suitable for a single or children. Probably the main disadvantage is the position of the Villas. It is on top of a very big, steep hill. Fine to walk into Patong (25-30minutes), but it's a taxi ride back. But great if you want some exercise! Patong is very expensive relative to the rest of Thailand. All in all the villa had everything we need. Though the motorbikes in the streets are very noisy!

Verstehe die vorigen Bewertungen nicht. Die Unterkunft ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und alles ziemlich abgenutzt. Hatte eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung für 6 Erwachsene gebucht. Hier darf dann nur ein Kleinkind mit Übernachten. Geländer an der Terrasse ist nichts für Kinder, es ist im Bereich des Pools nicht vorhanden.

綺麗で清潔感のあるヴィラでした。 施設の方が常駐されており、連絡もLINEで可能です。タクシーの手配やレストランの予約などもしていただけました。 立地が心配な方もいらっしゃると思いますが、繁華街であるバングラ通りまでは片道300バーツで移動できます。繁華街は深夜帯でもトゥクトゥクなどたくさん待機されているので心配ないです。

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, nette Gastgeberin die immer auf Wünsche eingeht und ihr bestes gibt sie umzusetzen. Es ist etwas abgelegen oben am Hügel aber das stört nicht denn man hat oben alles was man braucht und kann essen auch liefern lassen wenn man keine Lust hat raus zu gehen. Wir sind einmal zu Fuß gegangen in die walking street, runter haben wir 15 min gebraucht hoch hatten wir nie Lust ;) Taxis in die Walking Street 300 baht (einfach) Paradise beach 10 min fahrt 600 baht hin und zurück. Die Unterkunft könnte mal ein bisschen erneuert werden hier und da vorallem der Boden und die Couch in der Baby Jane haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wo ich positiv überrascht war das in der Baby Jane stand 1 Badezimmer letztendlich aber doch 2 waren. Im großen und ganzen würd ich es wieder buchen. Lg

very nice and spacious property set in Tri-Trang area, which is a bit out of the way from Patong Central. a bit dated in terms of the hardware, such as the deep cold pool and the old styled power points. Best part of the stay experience is the awesome service, particularly by manager Dean.

Just spent a wonderful vacation with my family at Jirana, Patong! The villa is well managed, clean and comfortable. Spacious living area and bedrooms. A fantastic sea view with location not far away from Patong beach. We enjoyed swimming every day at the private swimming pool in the villa! The villa manager, Dean, has been very helpful and nice and has provided full support, not only during our stay but also during the stage when we planned for our schedule at Phuket. He is always very responsive to our requests. Jirana will be surely our choice again for our next trip to Phuket!

This was a lovely villa, just far enough away from the craziness of Patong beach, but close enough for getting into town. The manager was really helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this ‘resort’ to anyone.
