I requested a high floor and received it(thank you), the room was spacious and clean. The room amenities were well stocked with plenty of tea and water available when needed. The Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job and were happy to have a chat and laugh in the corridor. I found the front desk staff to be attentive and knowledgeable regarding Patong. Requests were always done with a smile. Although on the main road , the noise factor from the traffic was low , even with my balcony doors being open. Great location and easy to navigate to the beach and Big C Pool was very good - it just needs some umbrellas on the bottom deck for sun protection, the upstairs level with the lie down shaded mattress were mostly occupied. I would definitely recommend this property and when I visit again will make sure that there are vacancies for room , especially room number 614. Good job all and thanks for a terrific stay.

Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Reibungsloser Check-in/ Check-out, Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber, Personal nett und zuvorkommend. China Town und Patpong Night Market zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegenüber Shopping Center mit Supermarkt welcher 24h offen hat. MRT gleich um die Ecke. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten vom Hotel schnell erreichbar. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

The rooms are small, the bed is hard as a rock, the pillows smelled like sweat, and the balcony is not really a balcony. Their only saving grace is the roof top pool, which you can find at other hotels easily. Finally, the reception staff do not represent the kind and welcoming culture of Thailand. There are much better options in Patong for the price.

I booked a balcony room so I could smoke on the balcony. However, no smoking was allowed on the balcony (a 2000thb fine applied if rule was broken). I have stayed in Thailand before at the Ashlee Hub Hotel, Otop Market, and the balcony was very large in size and smoking was allowed. While I understand smoking is not the biggest issue, and while I was happy to follow their requests, I will not book this hotel ever again. If I return to Thailand, I will stay with Ashlee Hub, or another hotel that is more accommodating.

This hotel is not sound proof. Unfortunately we learned that the first night when an Indian couple with a child next door to us screamed at each other through the night from 1am-3am and then from 8am to 11am. It was mostly the man screaming and yelling and the first time I was worried for the woman’s safety so called reception. They told me they would come take a look. Someone was sent up in the middle of the hollering and thankfully the man stopped but his tirade got the poor baby crying which went on for two hours. Imagine my surprise and frustration when a few hours later in the early morning hours, I was waken to the same man screaming at his wife yet again, only this time the woman yelled back. I was happy she was sticking up for herself but my lack of sleep was affecting me. I went down physically to the reception and informed them of the goings on as well as playing a recording of exactly how loud it was through my wall. The employee immediately called them and checked with them if they were checking out that morning. The staff is great, but this property is dilapidated. The towels had mold on them, there was a leak in our shower, visible cracks through the room and common areas, and the fitness room was a joke. The hair dryer was so rusty and dirty I was afraid to touch it for fear of getting tetanus. This property is great location wise if you want to be smackdab in the middle of Patong but be aware it is NOT soundproof

Very clean and staff were always helpful. The rooftop pool, though small was never busy and we were always able to get a sun lounger. The rooms were clean and I couldnt fault anything about the hotel. It is in a perfect location to access Patong Beach or Bangla Road.

I loved the property and the staff. It was just off the busy streets and was quieter than most areas. The security measures were great in case you are traveling solo. They have elevator key access to only your floor and pool and they have an extra chain lock only you can open and lock from inside. I came alone and felt welcomed and safe. The cleanliness was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 stars is because the breakfast food was average and the halls echo and sometimes some guests can be drunk and loud but it’s great for someone who wants to enjoy patong but need some quiet from time to time. I loved it.

The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Door are spring loaded and slam when shut. Hard wooden chairs. Housekeeping very spotty. Shower didn’t maintain a consistent temperature.
