Booked and paid for ten days, stayed 2 days and went to Phi Phi for the rest. Got no sleep as tuk tuks pass by all night with really loud music pumping. Room was average bathroom needs maintenance. People were nice and food was good.

This is not a good property for a long term stay. The bed was very uncomfortable (felt like a box spring vs. mattress) - room was clean and spacious to some regards, but the shower backed up into the rest of the bathroom as it isn't really separated from the rest of the bathroom. If you're on a budget, it's totally fine for a night or two but definitely wouldn't be good for a long stay. You can't have any outside food or beverages in your room to ensure the bugs stay out (fair and fine)... Staff were not inviting or welcoming. They were very cold (all of them that I dealt with) and compared to where I was before, it was a stark contrast. It was disappointing but was in a pinch to find a solution as I had booked the wrong return flight from HKT to BKK and realized it last minute... so for the price, you get what you pay for. The room was also incredibly noisy from construction during the day to the LOUD street outside. Most confusing is that the lobby is inside a restaurant and doesn't really match the listing on Orbitz and seemed very awkward when checking in. Not my favorite but I served its purpose

!!!SCAM ALERT!!! First: No Safety, No Cleanliness: They provided us only 2 towel and the blue one was old, dirty and smelly. Toilet seat panel was broken. Air conditioner filter was very dirty and no A/C cover. Cleaner just get inside the room without consent of the occupant. Second : They take 2000 baht for deposit and later they show you faulty and charge you for small dirt which they don't brief you at first and don't have charges leaflets in the room, the hotel lady charged me 1000 baht for a small stain which does not cost more than 50 baht to laundry (also I have never seen a hotel that charges for dirty bed sheet). I asked lady to call the manager but she was not willing to call. The hotel lady told me to, ''wash and clean the bed sheet and then she will return my deposit amount.'' If I had a time, I would have washed and clean to proof them wrong but I was late for my flight so I left. Very disappointed at the end of our tour, they ruin me and my wife's happy tour. Worst experience till now. Moral: ''Don't fall in trap for the cheap price.''

6층건물에 1층에는 식당 영업중 출입구가 식당으로 들어와야 엘리베이터를 탈수있어 좀 버거롭습니다. 숙박내내 태국음식이 아이들 입맛에 안맞아 프라이드치킨과 과일을 매일 사서 먹였는데 식당을 지나가야해서 눈치가 좀 보입니다. 사람들은 친절하고 수건을 매일 갈아주지만 5일동안 침대와 이불 시트는 안갈아주네요 방음은 별로라 복도에서 큰소리로 말하는게 다 들립니다. 1층 식당음식의 가격과 맛은 괜찮습니다. 늦게까지 사람들이 많은게 근처 맛집일지도 모르겠습니다.
