Dejligt poolområde for børn og voksne

Stort hotel med dejligt poolområde. Dog er begynder poolen at ligge i skygge fra kl 13:30. Hele poolen er i skygge kl 17:00. Vi havde et jacuzzi suite, som var dejligt stort. Dog har man ikke lyst til at bruge jacuzzien, da vandet i gulligt. Personalet var ikke gode til engelsk, hvilket kan være en smule frustrerede når man prøver at have en dialog med dem. Bus til stranden hver time mellem kl. 9-18. Denne service er rar at have, især med børn, da der er en mur som gør at man skal gå et stykke for at komme til stranden.

Ett slitet hotell. Dålig Wi-Fi fungerade inte alls vissa gånger. Fin pool men väldigt få solstolar. Dom som fanns var i väldigt dåligt skick, trasiga dynor. Hotellet ligger en bit ifrån stranden men hotellet kör taxi varje timme. Ac på vårt första rum fungerade inte, fick byta till ett annat rum dagen efter. Bra frukost.

Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with swim up access which was fun. Pool area generally was good, big enough for the numbers of people without being crowded & deep enough for a decent swim. Breakfast buffet was great, wide variety of choices & good coffee. Hotel is a bit tired in places & while not dirty by any means it wasn’t cleaned as well as others we stayed in on this trip. This was a good base for our visit to Kata, the immediate area was quiet yet it was only a 10 min walk to all the beach side restaurants & bars.

If you want a hotel that is very clean, very friendly, has excellent staff, gives excellent service, a breakfast that suits all and a free hourly transfer to and from Kata beach (5 to 10 minutes level walk away), this is the hotel for you. It is also one of the hotels that organised trips pick you up from for free. (Our current hotel tours charge 2000tbh to pick you up.) Truthfully, the rooms and reception are a little tired, but within a very short time we saw past that, because everything else was so good. We've stayed in three hotels this trip, one was a 5*, the Alpina was the best of them all.

nedslidt hotel, mange mangler, vi klagede over spa der ikke virkede, safe box, ingen opredning til vores barn, dør lås defekt flere gange, pool ude af drift 1,5 dag . bar lukker 2230 selv om der står kl 2400 på hj. side. betalte 4500 ekstra for opgrade, større suite men stadig mangel fuld, så efter 1 uge måtte jeg booke nyt hotel, klagede og brokkede mig også til Hotel.com . ville flytte efter 2 dage men kunne ikke få 1 øre refunderet !!!

Expected more given the cost

Stayed for 6 nights over xmas 2019. Were given a 'free upgrade' upon arrival but were left feeling very underwhelmed at the condition of the room. Whilst clean, it was extremley outdated, tired and did not reflect the photos from Hotels.com or the price we had paid. In fairness to the hotel, they were very quick to apologise and resolve this, providing us with a suite which felt more in line with our booking costs. The restaurants at the hotel were uninspiring and despite the busy time of year were very quiet, as such didnt each in any of them. Breakfast was included with our stay and was satisfactory. Pool area was great for families, however, there were a few points such as loose tiles or broken slats which had the potential to cause accidents and should be rectified for future guests. After walking around the Kata bay, this hotel does appear to be one of the best on offer, particularly for families. The shuttle bus is both helpful and at hourly intervals throughout the day down to the beach front, however, this is a walkable distance for those wishing to. All in all, happy with our stay but may opt to look for a different bay in Phuket if we are to return.

the room was not properly cleaned each day condition of bathroom not acceptable. sometimes received clean cups other one clean one dirty, bathroom was not cleaned. beds not properly madeup. floor not always swept. sometime got two new bottles of water but not consistently. sometimes got pool towels new sometimes not. hotel did not appear to be upkept like black on walls umbrellas some broken around pool.

Good location, but outdated, bad wifi, and noises

The second hotel on our honeymoon trip was to the Alpina Phuket near Kata Beach. It was in a good location (10 min from Kata Beach), and easy to move around using tuk tuks and taxis. However, the actual room was outdated, and looked dark due to the dark furniture, drapes, and dustiness. Also, the wifi was spotty throughout the room. However, the A/C was strong. I would probably not stay again, since we were looking for a place to relax and rest from the day's activities. One great aspect: the breakfast food was really good! And the staff, both at the front desk, as well as at breakfast, were really nice, helpful, and always smiling.

パトンとはまた違う様な静かな街並みが落ち着きました。ホテルもすごくきれいでプールアクセスにしたので、部屋からすぐに入れるのも嬉しかったです。プール入れる時間をもう少し遅くまではいれたらいいなと思ったのですが、とても満足じした！

Big pool villa

Good service, we stay in pool villa, the pool is big enough for swim, fridge complimentary refill everyday. Free shuttle to Kata beach every hour upto 6pm. Many massage shops and restaurants on the street. About 10 minutes walk to Kata walking street and food market.
