"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Zolitude Resort & Spa, and I can confidently say it was the highlight of my entire trip. Out of the three different hotels I stayed at, this one stood out by far as my favorite. From the moment I arrived, everything felt elevated — the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience were all top-tier. The villas are beautiful, private, and incredibly relaxing… exactly what you want when you’re trying to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. A special thank you to Saw, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to make my girlfriend’s birthday truly special. The attention to detail, care, and professionalism were unmatched, and it truly made our stay unforgettable. I also want to apologize for not having cash on hand to leave a tip during my stay — it was absolutely deserved, and I’ll be sure to make up for it next time. Shoutout from the bag man, Guy — I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you again to Saw and the entire team for delivering such an incredible experience and setting the bar high for hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury, peaceful, and memorable stay."

"The hotel was excellent. The bed was so comfortable, rooftop pool amazing, shower powerful and hot, staff very friendly. The breakfast was great value. The only improvement would be to have the 'do not disturb' and 'make up my room' signs available. First hotel I've ever stayed where the rooms didn't have these. I did have to ask front desk twice for things that housekeeping hadn't replaced (bath towels, pool towels) so housekeeping needs to be more consistent. Those are my only complaints. I'd stay here again but prices change so often that it's sometimes too expensive."

"A cool hotel with amazing and kind staff. Room conditions could be better. I definitely would not consider it a 5 star hotel and think it’s slightly expensive for what you get , but the overall property is nice"

"The staff is AMAZING & very helpful! But the Property was extremely old and outdated for the price I paid, there’s ants everywhere in my room, doors don’t completely seal closed so a few nights I had to fight with lizards as well. Mold everywhere throughout the hotel and the pictures are nothing what the place looks like in person. The shower pressure is great and spacious. Wasn’t happy or pleased with the whole outlook of the place."
