"合計3泊ファミリータイプの広い部屋を予約、チェックイン前から他の客に部屋の交換を相談するようスタッフから指示され仕方なくツインルームに1泊目は変更される。2泊目はホテルの前で宿泊客が酒盛りをしており深夜まで騒ぎが収まらず寝られない状態、3泊目はお湯が出ず修理を呼ぶと言われたが結局お湯は使えず。残念な対応でした。"
