"This was an absolutely amazing find. Tucked away in a very quiet part of Chiang Mai, this very private and intimate hotel did everything possible to make sure we had a great time. The café that was attached to the hotel that provided room service was incredible, well priced, and provided many flavors to choose from. Bottled water was complementary. Staff was super kind and helpful with anything we needed. Their breakfast menu and what you got for ฿250 was enough to take you through the entire first part of the day without eating again. The pool area was beautiful, and the junior suite was very spacious! Very relaxing and 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anyone trying to disconnect while enjoying great amenities and luxury."

"This hotel is not at all as advertised. There is no spa, massages, etc available on the property at all. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. There was no one at the bar at any time, and no menus for the “restaurant.” Bugs were pretty bad as well. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms and ceiling of bathroom was patchy/see through in parts. There is nothing at all to do in the area, closest things are over 40 minutes away. The shuttles they offer are upcharged at random with no explanation, but it is the only option for transportation once you are there if you did not drive yourself there. "
