"Expedia listed this property with Free Breakfast, a gym and a spa - and NONE were true. The staff did get us a free breakfast as I showed the Expedia itinerary several times. We were charged 50 Bhat for a second pillow as my husband always uses two. There was only 1 free water bottle for two of us. The grounds were beautiful. "

"Charlee and her staff were as usual very polite, friendly and attentive. Super relaxed atmosphere in a fantastic position by the river. The hotel grounds are kept immaculately and rooms spotless. It’s a real credit, a brilliant team, from front line staff emails, restaurant staff and everyone who works there. Hope to see you all again in the near future Steve."
