"When trying to check in receptionist kept asking if I booked with agoda she didn't even check on her computer. The manager came and said he couldn't find my reservation, then later he was able to find it.The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room was super noisy."

"he hotel was lovely. The beds are comfortable, the shower hot and the bathroom clean and modern. The staff is as helpful as they can be- often there is someone at the desk who speaks little english but tries. They breakfast is wonderful and you can easily walk to the Night market and the local restaurants. Transport is limited so you have to hire a car and driver to see the sights. "

The suite was huge with a full lounge, a huge bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/storage area. Everything worked and was very clean. Very comfortable. The view from the patio of room 01 was fabulous. The hotel was quiet, Breakfast was good and varied and fresh. The staff were extremely helpful and always professional and polite. They have a shuttle bus that took me to and from a museum (MAG office - google it - so interesting). Despite the initial arrival issues, I would stay here again and wish I’d had more time here."
