Staff has not one ounce of customer service. We had to greet them not the other way around. Our room was super uncomfortable, our backs hurt from the bed. Will not stay again

Sonesta Select Phoenix Chandler
Easy check in and clean room. Enjoyed having many places to eat nearby. The pool and center courtyard was awesome to relax. Great overall just be sure to take not it’s five dollars a night for parking.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Shower curtain was stuck together. Bed sheets while washed, had stains from prior customers. Found hairs on tub as well as on floor. TV needed replacement. Few small towels, no toiletries. The pictures from the site are when the hotel first opened- need to be updated. ...
