"Very comfortable hotel with decent-size, bright & cozy rooms, quiet and impeccably clean, comfy bed. Good AC. Beautiful rooftop pool and terrace, good restaurant (breakfast was quite good too except for the coffee :) and excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool (infinity) is actually bigger than what most other more expensive hotels in PP I’ve seen can offer. Good water temp and cleanliness. As the only very minor suggestion apart from the coffee, the shower head in my room could use an update. "

"This is hotel is in a great location and about your average holiday inn, however their staff members are probably the most accommodating and politeness I've ever experienced. BUNNY, THONG, HONGLY, THET, went out of their ways to insured I had the best stay. Their knowledge of the city and honesty is definitely worth a stay. I will definitely stay again."

"It was a reasonably price hotel with a lot to offer. We rented the 2 bedroom suite, with replenish snacks daily. It included free morning baked good with coffee beverage. I chose to stay at this location 3 times during my travel in and out of PP. Well kept and comfortable. Staff was always working to keep it up to standard. Pool and gym was amazing super clean and gorgeous. The laundry is a bonus for sure. Across the street is a grocery story and location is close by to a lot of restaurants which can be walked and it is closed enough to all tourist attractions. The staffs were all very attentive and kind. I would recommend again and would also go back as it met all my needs especially travelling with two young children under 10. "

"Life Saver After a Scam – Great Place but Some Issues This place was a savior! My previous hotel booked through Expedia was a scam, and I was able to book this apartment at the airport. They responded immediately with check-in instructions, and I checked in right away—huge thanks to Expedia and the staff here! The apartment had some downsides—pillows were too big, and the sheets felt like nylon, so I ended up sweating. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and while they refilled the hand soap, we had to buy our own toilet paper. The bathroom carpet was just a tiny brown towel, which didn’t feel very comfortable—I had to wash it before using it. Also, they only provided 4 towels for our 5-day stay, so we had to buy soap and do laundry ourselves. On the plus side, the location is great! There’s a pharmacy on the corner when you exit the building to your left, and a supermarket and 7-Eleven just one block to the right. Despite the small issues, it worked out well in a tough situation, and I’m grateful for the quick help! "
