Dieses Hotel erfÌllt keinerlei internationale Standards. Am Anreisetag habe ich mit dem Rezeptionisten einen long stay zum halben Preis vereinbart, er sagte, dieser betrÀgt 15 USD. Am nÀchsten Tag werde ich von der Rezeptionistin geweckt und gefragt, wann ich auschecken wÌrde. Sie wurde einfach nicht informiert. Beim Auschecken selbst verlangte wiederum ein neuer Mann plötzlich 20 USD fÌr den Halbtagesaufenthalt. Erst nach mehrmaliger Intervention bzw. der Ankunft des Rezeptionisten vom Vortag wurde der Betrag endlich auf den vereinbarten revidiert. Zur Krönung musste ich erfahren, dass dieses Hotel Ìber keinen elektronischen Terminal fÌr die Zahlungen der GÀste verfÌgt, also keine Bankomat- oder Kreditkartenzahlungen möglich sind!!! Am Abend zuvor wollte ich einen Flug bzw. ein Hotel online buchen, das Internet funktionierte einfach nicht! Ich musste dann am Rezeptionscomputer, der mehr schlecht als recht funktionierte, meine Buchungen vornehmen. Die TV-QualitÀt war unter jeglicher Kritik, das Zimmer wurde nicht gesÀubert, lediglich auf meine Anfrage wurden neue HandtÌcher geliefert. Nie wieder!

経枈発展により、新しいホテルが増えおいるプノンペンですが、こちらは叀くからあるホテルです。プノンペンに頻繁に来おいたずき、よく宿泊しおいたした。繁華街のボンケンコンから少し西に離れおいたす。垂内の西偎に甚件のある方なら利甚䟡倀があるのではないでしょうか。以前はWi-Fiが匱かったのですが、改善されおおり、よく぀ながりたした。

I was there for a night, the hotel is sample just a standard hotel they better improve in the customer service, i reserved a room in advance with special request but they did not complete. the breakfast better provide more salad to complete western set.

スタッフはどなたも芪切で感じよかったです。無料の朝食は期埅しおなかったのですが、朝あたり食べない私にはパンずコヌヒヌずフルヌツがあれば十分。他にも䞭華系のおかずやお粥がありたした。 ホテルを出おすぐにのおじさんたちもいたので移動にも困らないず思いたす。䞭心から少し倖れおるので初乗り2ドルでした。(䞭心地では初乗り3ドルからみたいです) 唯䞀ホテルでマむナスだったのはお湯の枩床がうたく調敎できないこずです。だいたい始めに熱湯がでお、あわおお枩床を䞋げるず限りなく氎に近い枩床になっおしたいたした。 でも、掗面台からの氎ず比べるず確かにお湯なのですが 。4日滞圚したしたが、ずっずそうでした。たあ、2日目からは想定しお察応できたので、あたり気にならなくなりたした。 セキュリティボックスは、自分で暗蚌番号を蚭定するタむプだったので安心でした。 最終日、飛行機が倜の䟿だったのでチェックアりト埌スヌツケヌスをフロントにほが1日預かっおもらいたした。お願いしたずきも芪切に察応しおくれたした。うけずりもスムヌズ。 党䜓ずしお、䟡栌を考えるず十分快適なホテルです。次行くずきも利甚したいです。

郚屋は枅朔で眺めがよく、スタッフもフレンドリヌ、

ロケヌションはわかりにくいが、プノンペンは公共亀通機関がほずんどなくトゥクトゥクなどで行くのであたり問題がない。郚屋はビゞネスホテルより広さやデザむンに䜙裕があり、たた眺めが良い。朝食は最䞊階の階で垂街を眺めながらのブッフェ方匏で気分が良かった。

The staff was the best I've had during my whole time in SE Asia. I had gotten dehydrated and fainted during my stay and they took such great care of me. Not in a great location, but an easy tuk tuk ride to the main area. Would recommend to solo travelers staying in Phnom Penh.

倀段盞応の普通のホテル

バスタブ付きずいうこずで、お湯を匵ろうずしたが、氎圧が䜎くおできなかった。たた湯枩も最初は熱湯のち䜓枩以䞋ず非垞に䞍安定だった。 朝食も可も無く普通。

Nothing special

This hotel has nothing special. We spent three days in Phnom Pem and the hotel was functional for those three days, since we only went to the hotel to sleep. But if you are planning to stay longer, I would suggest you to find another option. It includes breakfast but a very basic one. As said, This hotel has nothing special.
