It was a decent property. Good size apartment style accomodations. Simple basic and clean. Best feature is the location close to tourist attraction and various food options just outside the door. The pool and sauna is a bonus. On the rooftop with a view. That deserve a 5star on its own. All the staffs are super sweet.

Life Saver After a Scam – Great Place but Some Issues This place was a savior! My previous hotel booked through Expedia was a scam, and I was able to book this apartment at the airport. They responded immediately with check-in instructions, and I checked in right away—huge thanks to Expedia and the staff here! The apartment had some downsides—pillows were too big, and the sheets felt like nylon, so I ended up sweating. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and while they refilled the hand soap, we had to buy our own toilet paper. The bathroom carpet was just a tiny brown towel, which didn’t feel very comfortable—I had to wash it before using it. Also, they only provided 4 towels for our 5-day stay, so we had to buy soap and do laundry ourselves. On the plus side, the location is great! There’s a pharmacy on the corner when you exit the building to your left, and a supermarket and 7-Eleven just one block to the right. Despite the small issues, it worked out well in a tough situation, and I’m grateful for the quick help!

We had a fantastic stay at Mansion51. The building has a great location with fantastic food options in the surroundings. Pool was quiet with a great view. Kitchen utensils were limited.

So so, lots of building work going on….

Tried to give me one bed apartment which was next to building site. Far too noisy. Bad service to even try putting a guest in such a apartment. Staff not very competent, eventually had to get hotels.com to contact manager to get moved. Property is okay, good location, but really nothing special. Pool area is not so great. Gym is okay and usable. Lots of building work going on in local area so be sure to get apartment on a high floor.

Great area, walkable to many things like food, bar, stores etc. Building and room was clean. Check in experience was underwhelming; front desk didn’t communicate with me but to ask for my passport. They didn’t give me any information about the amenities that the property had eg where pool, fitness room were located etc. All they did was hand me keys. They also charged me $20 USD for a towel that they said they couldn’t wash (I disagreed) and we settled at $10 USD. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Comfortable but not there yet

We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment where both bedrooms were very comfortable. The dinning room was an empty room with no dinning table or chairs. A big empty space... The sitting room had a comfy corner sofa with a flat screen TVs. The kitchen had a big fridge but we barely had any crockery, pots/pans and no cutlery. The staff did their best to help but could only provide the cutlery. So we could use the kitchen only to toast bread in a pan! The rooftop pool was nice however, there was so sun umbrellas which makes its use unbearable during the day. Best to wait until 5PM when the shade cover the loungers. This place could be truly amazing if the staff were better trained and the rooms better appointed.
