Good hotel in a good location near the river. This hotel is pretty narrow which means that there isn't much space on the roof where the pool is located. I wasn't able to enjoy the space, as each time I went up (you have to take stairs up from the top floor where restaurant is), the chairs were all taken. Otherwise, decent rooms and breakfast. Beautiful views from roof top and restaurant. Breakfast consisted of Ala carte ordering (eggs and noodle soups) +buffet style in fruits, and other local breakfast dishes, and coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and will make small talk with you. Nice lobby and fish in front of hotel.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Glow Park Hotel! The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and everything in perfect condition. Mattress & pillows were comfortable. The pool & rooftop area were very nice and offered a great view of the city. Service was outstanding from check inn to check out. Location of the hotel is really good, just a couple of blocks from the Royal Palace. Our only comment would be regarding the breakfast, even though it was a buffet, the options were very raw. Also some of the hot dishes (pancakes and so) were not warm enough, but the service from the personnel was also outstanding.

The pool on the roof is spectacular as is the dinning area in the top floor with spectacular views. The lobby has a nice koi pond. The staff were all very nice and the location is great near the Royal Palace and river walk but a little bit isolated from the noise and traffic

The great rooftop pool and restaurant view was awesome. However I didn’t see a filter going/bubbling, but it did look clean. The staff were lovely and helpful and hotel was close to the main tourist sites. The only negative was the street outside which was a bit rough and messy from the surrounding local businesses but it never felt unsafe.

Reception staff were great. Our room was next to a building that was being demolised by hand with sledgehammers. It went on all day from 8 to 5. Breakfast ok but after a week could have been better. Dont use the tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel as you will be scammed. Room was good, shower too hot couldn't turn it down.

Very nice stay

Excellent service, the staff speak very good English and they are service-minded. Very nice breakfast. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. There are not many beds by the pool and it got full at times but most people don't stay very long there so it is fine. I don't like that smoking was allowed by the pool though. Also for the management: please add an extra mirror outside the bathroom.
