diamond have big rooms and helpfull staff, i likes gives them more ++++, but breakfast make it down. IF DIAMOND GET NEW CHEF ON THE KITCHEN, THEN THEY GOT BIGGG.

I frequently use this hotel on business. Staff is polite and friendly. Room is clean. Convenient location. The only drawback is a week shower. I usually don't have breakfast, so I cannot review on their complimentary breakfast.

10年ほど前の定宿でした。プノンペンの急激な経済成長の中、やや取り残された感があります。お風呂は、前もって確認したせいか、口コミで見かけるようなお湯が出ないとかの事故もなく、水質は疑問ながらも熱く入れました。

相変わらず、フロントの対応が最悪です。 チェックイン時にエクスペディアの予約番号を見せるも、エクスペディアから何の連絡も無いと言われ、チェックインできなかったです。 エクスペディアのweb画面をパソコンで見せて、予約完了していることを英文で読ませても、対応してくれなかったです。エクスペディアに電話して、確認するよう伝えるも、自分でしろ！と言われました。上司と直接話す、といっても、まったく取り合ってもらえなかったです。40分以上待たされたあと、何事もなかったかのように、チェックインできました。もちろん、一言の謝罪もありません。

立地のよいホテル

立地よし、スタッフはフレンドリー、朝食はまずまず、アンティーク調の雰囲気がいいです。 中国人街にあるので、周りに中華料理屋が多いです。 近くに24時間営業のコンビニと、華僑が経営するコンビニみたいなのがあります。 バスルームの湯は相変わらず5分くらいしか湯が持ちません。 掃除がいまいちで、トイレが詰まっているのに見て見ぬふりされました。 掃除はきちんと改善していただきたいです。 バルコニーがとても広く、部屋自体には満足してます。 部屋のWi-Fiは時間帯によって、かなりつながりが悪く、１階ロビーはWi-Fi接続が安定してます。

中心部にあって便利

セントラルマーケットまでは歩いて5分、近くに中華料理店も多く便利です。 ホテルは総じて老朽化が進んでおり、決してきれいではありませんがスタッフもフレンドリーで掃除も丁寧ですね。

Never Again...

The hotel is spacious, wood interior themed but the smell is unbearable and the AC was too loud. The only thing I could eat during breakfast was cereal and coffee. The juice was not fresh but diluted. At some point I was told that my guests can not enter the hotel and I have to meet them in the lobby. I was shocked.

Great hotel and excellent location

Stayed here last year, very clean and modern. Staff is fantastic, wifi is excellent and breakast buffet is delicious. Very close to city market and shopping mall.

設備が古く、バスルームの湯が4分ほどしか出ないのが最大の欠点です。

今回で3回目の利用なんですが、過去2回ではきづかなかったことがあります。 今回初めてバスタブに湯を貯めようと思い、お湯を出しっぱなしにすると、4分ほどで、お湯が水に変ります。 ホテルの従業員クレームを言うと、部品が老朽化しているので、マーケットまでその部品を買いに行かなければならない、と言われました。 その間に、空いてる部屋のバスルームを使わしてもらいましたが、同じ現象でした。 シャワーを浴びて、自分の部屋に戻ると、修理担当従業員が、直したので、問題ない、と言われました。 夜になって、もう一度、お湯を貯めようとすると、やはり同じ現象だったので、フロントにクレームを言うと、 愛想の悪い従業員がでてきて、これは構造上の問題でどうしようもない、と一方的に言われました。 「それでは、バスタブの意味がない」というと、「ある程度のお湯を貯めていて、それを超えると水になる」と一方的に言われました。全然納得ができない、バスタブにお湯を貯めれないのは問題であることを主張しても、まったく聞き入れられなかったです。最終的に「お前の英語はよくわからん」みたいな感じで一方的に日本語が話せるカンボジア人（ホテル従業員ではない）に電話をつながれました。 設備が老朽化の問題で仕方ない部分があるかもしれませんが、それなら、事前に説明書きでもするべきです。 バスタブにお湯をためなくても、４分以内にシャワーを完結するのは難しいし、続けて、友人や家族、恋人などが入る場合も問題です。 VIPルームだったので、部屋の広さ、快適さには満足できますし、大半の従業員は愛想がよく、英語も問題なく通じます。 しかし、部屋でのWi-Fiが非常に遅く、仕事で使用するには、一階ロビーでする必要があります。 コストパフォーマンスを考えると、あまりよくはない、と認識しました。 ただ、立地はとても良く、セントラルマーケットはすぐそばだし、飲食店が多く、コンビニあります。トンレサップ川沿いまでは歩いて１５分ほどで行けます。

立地は最高かな、経年劣化で色々とあるがコスパは良い。 空港までは時間によるが１時間くらいかかります。 お水が毎日２本付くのはありがたい。

都会ですね！

周辺は人通りも車も多く朝からかなり騒がしいです(笑) 静かに過ごしたいなら不向きかも、ビジネスや観光の拠点にするならいい場所と思う。
