"We walked in the door is extremely hot and humid. They had dehumidifiers going everywhere and fan so I’m assuming that air conditioner didn’t work. Took 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk only for them to be extremely rude and talk to me like I was stupid because I didn’t click 147 times to find out there’s a $200 deposit. When I spoke to him, I decided to cancel because of how unprofessional he was, and he began to talk to me like I was a child and even more rude than originally. I’m very happy. I kept my receipt because I’m gonna assume I’m probably never gonna see that money."

"We traveled to OKC for one night to see a concert. The Skirvin was awesome. Staff friendly and always helpful from the moment we stepped out of the car until we checked out the next day. Did not eat there so no comment about the food. My only complaint is that the Valet charge of $40.00 is too high."
