"We had an incredible stay at the BIG 4 Ingenia, Phillip Island. We cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we first arrived, until driving away at the end of our stay, we felt welcomed and completely at home.
The park was beautifully maintained, clean and peaceful, with fantastic facilities and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with our families. Our cabins were spacious, very well looked after and packed with high quality amenities. They were the perfect places to unwind and enjoy some quality time together.
The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It is clear that a lot of care and pride goes into making this caravan park such a special place for its visitors.
Most importantly, it had everything we needed; playgrounds, ample space to ride bikes and scooters, a jumping pillow, basketball court, kids theatre room, space to kick the footy as well as a kids' club that operated each weekday morning.
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Big 4 Ingenia, Phillip Island and were so sad to leave. We will definitely be coming back and are already looking forward to our next visit.
