"Good hotel but starting to show its age and wear and tear"

"Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were efficient & friendly. They allowed our dog. Quite a few food choices with the continental breakfast. Very close to the hospital for anyone going to the city for medical visits."

"I was charged a 200 deposit that takes 5 to 7 days to go back on my visa . I had to walk over a 2 ft snow bank to get to my room .The bathroom had mold on the outer wall . Breakfast was some muffins and doughnuts and cereal. "

"the staff are great, parking was good, but they did not put any water bottles in the rooms for coffee pot, and the debit card machine was down, they had no restaruant as it is under renos. but the beds are comfy, they have nice bottles of dove shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in the shower. and dove hand soap at sink, "
