Our only complaint was the selection of the band that played in the front dining area. They were too loud and did not fit into the vibe of the hotel. We will definitely return, but would suggest a jazz band."

"All of the staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, around 11am, our room wasn't ready but they worked hard to find us a room and even gave us two vouchers for drinks at the pub downstairs. We didn't expect to get a room before 4pm, which is check in time, but they were attentive and thoughtful from the start. The room was beautiful and the location was great. We had a wonderful trip!"
