"Quick and easy check in process, the room itself was clean and had all the basic amenities, including a nice keurig. The location is perfect for exploring the Grand Canyon, with a bus stop right outside the hotel lobby. There is a bar with several beers on tap, a Starbucks, and a nice gift shop, as well as several food options (nothing fancy, but good enough). There is also a general store right by the hotel that supposedly has anything else you may need, however we did not go in. There is a nice outside area with a fireplace. Would stay again!"

"This lodge was in a perfect location. Once we were in the park, we could shuttle or walk wherever we wanted to go. The staff was kind and helpful and we would absolutely stay here again! "

"We stayed in the motel side. (There is a hotel & motel) and it was great. Simple accommodations but everything you need was there. Could not be a more perfect location for visiting the grand canyon. Staff was super helpful and even recommended a local spot for star gazing. "

"Pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Asked for towels and was told housekeeping did not start till 8. On day 2 we encountered a few roaches in two of our rooms. One of the sinks was slow draining. "
