"We were not expecting this hotel to be as nice as it was! I highly recommend you stay here. It looked very new and clean, the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. It smelled good, they had fresh fruit water, and when we checked in very late, the lady at the front desk automatically gave us late check out the next day without us even asking. "

"Overall very disappointing experience. I stayed in 4021 building 2. The chair cushions were disgusting, the fireplace looked like it had never been wiped down and had stains. The pullout bed had a stain on the sheet, and the blanket that you use for the pullout sofa had hair on it. The microwave was broken and we had to request a new one. We were falsely accused of being the reason of a noise complaint and when it was determined that it wasn't our room, no apology was given. We were also given 5 towels and 4 wash cloths for a party of 6. "
